Toma Enya Resumes As Ekiti State Nscdc Commandant

Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, Ekiti State Command, has welcomed, Toma Matthew Enya, the new commandant posted to the State from National Headquarters of the Corps by the Commandant General, Ahmed Abubakar Audi.

Enya took over from Commandant Sosina Paul Oluwaseun

The handing over ceremony which took place at the State Headquarters along Ikere road, had in attendance officers and men of the Command from all the formations in Ekiti State with special attention on the change of guards ceremony anchored by the command’s training department during which the old flag was lowered and a new flag hoisted to signify the commencement of the administration.

In his remarks, the new commandant noted that Ekiti is one of the peaceful states in Nigeria, stressing that it is an attestation for the work of the state government and all security agencies in the state.

He assured that his command is ready to partner with any peace loving organisations individuals and groups that are ready to support the command.

The new Commandant also expressed his commitment to fairness, equity, justice and protection of fundamental human rights with a call to the general public to continue in their support for the command and other security agencies by giving quick information that can lead to the arrest of criminals.
