A Forensic and Intelligence Analyst with the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission, Bwaigu Fungo has told the Court that the suspended Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Calabar, Professor Cyril Ndifon, who is faceing trial over alleged sexual harassment of a student, actually forwarded the nude videos sent to him to another number.

At the resumed trial on Monday, before the Federal High Court in Abuja, Fungo who is the fourth witness, said Professor Ndifon forwarded the alleged victim’s nude videos to another number which ends with 617.

The witness said in total, 16 nude videos were extracted from Ndifon’s phone, but only three belonged to the girl.

Under cross-examination by the counsel to the defendants, Joe Agi, (SAN) who asked if the nude videos displayed in Court were done voluntarily, and Fungo responded that based on the forensics analysis, the nude videos were not voluntarily sent.

Agi therefore asked for an adjournment for continuation of his cross-examination of Fungo.

The lawyer equally applied to the Court requesting that the Nigerian Correctional Service should take the second defendant to the hospital for adequate medical treatment and return him to custody pending the perfection of his N50m bail condition.

The trial judge, Justice James Omotoso granted the oral application on taking the second defendant to the hospital and adjourned the case to February 14 for continuation of hearing.
