Two Parents have died following the shock and trauma in the abduction of the school children of St. Mary’s Catholic School Papiri, Agwara Local Government Area of the State.
This was confirmed on Wednesday, November 26, by the Catholic Bishop of Kontagora Diocese, who also doubles as the Niger State CAN chairman and Proprietor of the school, Most Rev. Bulus Yohanna.
According to Bishop Yohanna, the man, Anthony Musa, died of a heart attack, but no details on how the second parent, who is a female, died because they could not get the family.
Apart from the fifty pupils out of the 303 who recently escaped from the terrorists’ den on November 25, no report of any escapee has been recorded.

Recall that three hundred students and twelve teachers were abducted by suspected terrorists who invaded the St. Mary’s Catholic Primary and Secondary Schools, Papiri in Agwarra local government area of Niger state on November 21.
