Following the arrest of Uche Nwosu, son inlaw of former Governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha, the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, Imo State says security agencies must be mindful of their mode of operations to avoid sending wrong signals.
The Association said this on Sunday at St. Peter’s Anglican Church Eziama Obaire community in Nkwerre local government area of Imo state.
Addressing a press conference in owerri, the Imo State capital, the Chairman of CAN Eches Divine-Eches, said that as the umbrella of Christians in the state, CAN will support every effort by security agencies to bring to book any group or person fingered in the involvement in any form of criminality in the state.

He however apologized to the Anglican Church over what it described as indecent arrest saying the action could have been avoided.
