An Uncompleted twenty-one storey building ,collapsed on Monday at the Ikoyi area of Lagos amid fears that a number of persons would have been trapped under the rubbles.

The incident opened another controversy over the structural integrity of the high rise building located on 44BCD Gerrard street

Ikoyi as the main civil Engineering company,Prowess Engineering Ltd in a letter dated February 2020 disagreed with their clients over safety concerns as they could only guarantee up to the fourth floor they supervised to have passed the integrity test.
