About fifty persons have been kidnapped in the communities of Bassa/Kukoki Wards of Shiroro Local Government Area of Niger State.
Gunmen in their large number had in the early hours of Thursday invaded the community.
Sources said the gunmen dispossessed the victims of their valuables and kidnapped not less than fifty of them.
