The Trade union congress of Nigeria , TUC is seeking urgent measures to suport workers amid US/Iran tensions which has created grave consequencies for the Nigerian economy, especially the hike in fuel price , other goods and services.
The call was made by the chairperson of the Trade Union congress of Nigeria, TUC, Federal capital territory, Amaoge Chukwudi during the labour centre’s state administrative council meeting in Abuja
Ongoing tensions between US/isreal and iran have adversely affected most of the world’s economies, especially Nigeria, where workers and their families are bearing huge costs

The Trade Union congress of Nigeria is seeking urgent measures to cushion the impact of the tension between US/isreal and iran on workers’ wellbeing.
The labour movement is also calling for ‘work-from-home’ and other palliative.
The labour leaders used the opportunity to demand better condition of service for FCT and workers across Nigeria while hoping that the tension in the Gulf will ease soonest.
