Vandalism : NSCDC Parades Rail, Estate Vandals In Bauchi

The Nigeria Security and civil defence corps (NSCDC) Bauchi state Command has arrested and paraded Nine (9 ) suspected Railway Slippers Vandals, two private security guards for vandalizing an Estate in the state

The Commandant, Ilelaboye Oyejide while parading the suspects, warned the general public against vandalising Government properties saying that the mandate of the Corps is to safeguard Both federal, state and local government assets and vowed to deal with anyone caught in the act in accordance with the laws of the land.

This is the second time the Bauchi command of the Nigeria Security and civil defence corps is parading Vandals of Railway Slippers.

The Nine suspects are said to have come from Niger state to Tafawa balewa local government of Bauchi state with a Trailer to pack the slippers after vandalising it.

Also paraded are two private security guards arrested for Vandalising an estate along Jos road belonging to Bauchi state government.

The suspects in an interview confessed to the crimes.

The Commandant Ilaboye Oyejide said, the suspects will be charged to court for prosecution to serve as deterrent to others.
