Nigerian Veteran broadcaster and actor Sadiq Daba is dead. He died Wednesday evening at his residence in Marwa Garden, Alausa, Lagos State.
Sadiq Daba was diagnosed with leukemia and prostate cancer and had been very ill for years before his death Wednesday evening, 3rd March 2021.
In the early 80s, Sadiq became a household name as “Bitrus” in an NTA drama series “Cock Crow at Dawn”.

Before his death, he had reached out to the public for financial assistance for his medical treatment in late 2019.
Sadiq’s last major outing in his acting career was Kunle Afolayan’s Citation.
