Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike has expressed sympathy for the suspended Governor of Rivers State, Sim Fubara, describing his current predicament as a self-inflicted injury.
Speaking during his monthly media chat in Abuja, Wike revealed that two governors from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) brought Governor Fubara to him recently.

Speaking on another issue, the FCT Minister warned that if the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) zones its presidential ticket to the North in 2027, the party might suffer a similar fate as it did in 2023.
