Super Falcons captain, Rasheedat Ajibade, says the team is ready to reclaim its title at the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.
Justine Madugu’s side lost their crown to the Banyana Banyana of South Africa at the last edition of the competition.
The Super Falcons are the most successful side in the history of the competition with nine titles.
Ajibade declared that the team is ready to reclaim its position as the continent’s leader.

“There’s a lot of confidence in camp, and we’re committed to our goal. We all understand what’s at stake,” Ajibade said on the Super Falcons show.
The West Africans will begin their campaign in Morocco against Tunisia on Sunday, 6 July.
They will also face Botswana and Algeria in the same group.
