Yobe state governor Mai Mala Buni believes the only solution to the cries of the youths is to engage them in agriculture as a long term project to fight food security and tackle youths’ restiveness in most parts of the country
The state governor disclosed this during the distribution of agriculture equipments to the people in five local governments in the state. He warned against selling any of the agricultural equipments calling on the people to take advantage of state government’s intervention in the sector to grow the economy.
This was some respite for the people recovering from the effects of insurgency as beneficiaries of the state government’s intervention in the agric sector
The state governor Mai Mala Buni commenced the distribution of agricultural tools which was commissioned by the vice president to five thousand three hundred farmers in all the 178 wards of the state
The state governor warned against the abuse of the agricultural facility which the state is providing.
The distribution which will be in three phases would cover the three senatorial zones of the state.
