YSFON mourns as Moses Agbolahon takes a bow

The Sky was cloudy and everyone was confident it would rain, but no single drop eventually came. Despite the great expectation, all hopes were dashed. It sounded like a dream but it’s true Comrade Moses Agbolahon is no more and the entire family of the Youth Sports Federation of Nigeria, YSFON is devastated.

Agbolahon, an astute Sports Administrator and one of the outstanding first-generation YSFON officials died in the early hours of Thursday, September 9.

A dedicated, God-fearing, and selfless sportsman, Moses Agbolahon was Secretary of Edo state YSFON and National Coordinator of the South-South zone.

The National President of YSFON and Deputy Governor of Kano State, Dr. Nasiru Gawuna said he was so shocked and disturbed to hear about the unfortunate news of Moses Agbolahon’s untimely death.

He prayed that the Almighty Allah will grant his soul eternal rest.

For the National Secretary of YSFON, Olorogun Patrick Okpavhuere, Moses Agbolahon’s death has left a vacuum in the life of the YFSON family.

Moses Agbolahon was a rugged fighter who hated age cheats and manipulation of any sort whenever it was discovered. He gave YSFON an excellent name
Agbolahon died at the age of 65 years when his services and experience were most needed. He was married with 5 children

Comrade Moses Agbolahon will be sorely missed. Rest in Peace the great Moses
