The Zamfara State chapter of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP is set to conduct a fresh Governorship primary election after a Federal High Court in Gusau, had nullified the earlier primary that produced Dauda Lawal-Dare as the party Governorship candidate in the State.
Three aspirants which pulled out in the earlier exercise cited irregularities and instituted a suit at the Federal High Court challenging the conduct of the primary election.

The three aspirants are Engineer Shehu I brahim, Wadat Wadawaki and Hafiz Mohammed.
