Zamfara reduces work hours for Ramadan

Zamfara State Governo Bello Mohammed has approved the reduction of the work hours during the month of Ramadan.

A statement by the Permanent Secretary, Administration, in the Office of The Secretary To The State Government, Abdullahi Bakura said, it is to enable the working class in the state have ample time to dedicate themselves for the service of Allah, in the Holy Month of Ramadan.

According to the statement, the state government has reduced the work hours from Monday to Thursday, to 9am to 2pm, while Friday, 9am to12 pm every week, throughout the month of Ramadan fast.

It further noted that Governor Bello Mohammed is doing everything possible, to improve the general welfare of the public and civil servants in the state.

He equally urged Muslims in the state to put more efforts at praying to Allah for forgiveness, peaceful living, economic growth and the overall development of the state.
