Zamfara state assembly speaker commits to developing the state’s road infrastructure.

Zamafara State

The Speaker of the Zamfara State House of Assembly, Nasiru Muazu, has assured the people of Yanbuki-Dutsi Ward of Zurmi Local Government Area, that the government will construct the road from Moriki to Mai Zuma and Dutsi towns, as well as renovate the 30-bed hospital.

The Speaker in a press statement issued by the Public Relations Officer of the State Assembly, Mustapha Kaura made this known in Dutsi where he had been for the Eid prayers.

The Speaker Nasiru Muazu assured the people of adequate government presence, especially in the area of physical development.

The statement says, the Matawallen led administration is poised and committed to provide credible and purposeful leadership for the people of the state.

It further says that performing the Eid prayer in that locality, demonstrates the commitment and sincerity to listen to the plights of the people.

A member of the House of Representatives from the area, Bello Shinkafi, pledged to take their case for health care delivery, water supply and electrification for consideration during next year’s budget at the National Assembly.

The monarch of the area honoured the Speaker, Nasiru Muazu with the traditional title of Tafidan Dutsi.
