The Zamfara State Government says it has no plans to dialogue with terrorists or any criminal but has resolved to wage war against them until they are eliminated from the state.
Secretary to the State Government, Abubakar Nakwada, said this while addressing newsmen about the activities of the current and immediate past administrations in the State.
Nakwada notes that the administration of Governor Dauda Lawal has no plans to initiate any reconciliation move or have any discussions with the terrorists, insisting that government will rather go after them wherever they may be hiding in a bid to flush them out in order to restore peace and order in the State.
The Secretary to the State Government expressed the commitment of Governor Dauda Lawal’s administration to ensure accurate record-keeping, transparency, and accountability in governance.

He warned that any public official who falls short of these principles in the discharge of his or her duty would face the consequences.
He said the State Government is in talks with the National Examination Council, NECO, to resolve the three-year backlog of examination fees, which the past administration failed to pay.
