No fewer than 14 people are feared dead with about 15 others severely injured in renewed coordinated attacks on three communities of Logo Local Government Area of Benue State.
Special Adviser to the Governor on Security Matters, Paul Hemba who disclosed this in Makurdi the State Capital named the 2 communities as Mchia and Mough.
While 12 were killed in Mchia, 2 lost their lives in Mough communities of Logo Local Government area.
Shortly after the signing of the peace building and reconciliation commission law peace seems to elude some communities of the State.

According to the Special Adviser to the Governor, the attack has unsettled the communities.
He also confirmed a thwarted attempt in parts of Guma Local Government Area of the state.
Hemba also spoke on the the clash between the Ihyarev and Kparev people around Tyo Mu community where 3 people were abducted, leading to protest along the Makurdi Gboko highway.
Travellers were left stranded early Thursday as locals blocked the federal road to call attention to the the incidents.
