The Zamfara State Command of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, has deployed over 485 personnel to provide security before, during and after the 2023 Eid- El Kabir Celebration in the State.
The State Commandant Sani Mustapha in a statement by the command’s Public Relations Officer, Ikor Oche said he presented the operation order designed to ensure security coverage throughout the Sallah celebration in the State to the 485 personnel.
Mustapha said that the peaceful celebration of this year’s Eid-el kabir is sacrosanct, and therefore, reiterated that no stone will be left unturned during the festive period.
He affirmed that the Corps in collaboration with other sister security agencies, are poised to make Zamfara State a crime-free State.
The NSCDC Boss in the State, Sani Mustapha emphasized that deployment has been made to all nooks and crannies of the State including perceived black spots.

He, therefore, advised saboteurs whose aim is to truncate the peace in the state during this period to relocate as Zamfara State is no longer a safe haven for mischief makers.
Commandant Sani Mustapha enjoined the general public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious movement to relevant authorities.
