Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike has advised citizens to reject the All Progressives Congress(APC) and vote the party out in the next General Elections in 2023.

Wike warned that Nigerians should be prepared to “dig their graves” if they make the mistake of voting for the APC again in 2023.

Speaking at the Commissioning of another road project in Obio-Akpor Local Government Area, the Governor said Nigeria is today grappling with serious economic and security challenges because the people were deceived into voting for a clueless party that came to power through false propaganda.

He said Nigerians cannot afford to repeat the mistake of voting for the APC again in 2023.

Also speaking, a former President of the Nigerian Senate Dr. Iyorchia Ayu said bad leadership has helped in compounding Nigeria’s problems.

While applauding the cordial relationship existing between Benue and Rivers State, Ayu called for unity especially among ethnic minorities in Nigeria.

Iyorchia Ayu who later commissioned the road project said a blue print of effective development plan must be put in place in Rivers State to continue with the good works began by Governor Nyesom Wike beyond his days in office.
