2024 Edo Gov’ship Election : Labour Party Assures Aspirants, Members Of Transparency

Edo state chapter of the labour party LP has assured all aspirants seeking to fly the party’s flag in the September twenty first, twenty twenty four governorship election in the state of transparent and credible primaries that will produce the flag bearer.

The state chairman of the party Kelly Ogbaloi who stated this during a press conference in Benin City also clarified some issues that bordered on accusations by people he called politically sponsored blackmailers against the labour party.

The Labour party in Edo state is one of the Three major contending parties for the 2024 governorship election in the state due to the party’s outstanding performance in the last general election in the state.

The party through its chairman in Edo state Kelly Ogbaloi is assuring its several aspirants from the three senatorial districts of fair primaries that will produce the LP governorship candidate in the state.

Ogbaloi also used the occasion of the media briefing to clear the air on some accusations against prominent personalities of the party as well as denied having links with the Edo State government regarding the 2024 governorship election.

The state chairman of the party urged members to keep the team spirit alive as they prepared to win the Edo 2024 governorship election.
