Ahead of President Bola Tinubu’s 2027 presidential campaign rally in Rivers State, over 70,000 supporters are expected to turn out on Saturday to welcome the President.
The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory and National Leader of the Rainbow Coalition, Nyesom Wike, says preparations for the visit have reached an advanced stage.
Wike, who spoke during an inspection of the 40,000-capacity Adokiye Amesiemeka Stadium in Port Harcourt, expressed confidence that Rivers people are ready to receive the President.

The Minister also disclosed that adequate security and other logistical arrangements have been put in place to ensure a hitch-free presidential campaign rally in the state.
Rivers State is among the states scheduled to host the president as part of the APC’s 2027 presidential campaign activities.
