No fewer than 271 Nigerian returnees from the Republic of South Africa have safety touched down at the NAHCO Wing of the Murtala Mohammed International airport, MMI Ikeja, Lagos, with some Embassy staff on board who accompanied them back home.
This batch which is the second is coming at the end of the June 30th deadline by the authorities in South Africa at the wake of Xenophobic attacks in the country on foreign nationals.

Last week, 66 Nigerians returned from South Africa on a private arrangement outside this one being carried out by the Federal government.
