Governor Peter Mbah says the achievements recorded by his administration in the last three years would not have been possible without the support of civil servants, prayers from the church and the understanding of the people of Enugu State.
The governor spoke during a thanksgiving service held at the Government House Chapel to mark the third anniversary of his administration.
It was on May 29, 2023, at the Okpara Square in Enugu, that Governor Peter Mbah and his deputy, Ifeanyi Ossai, took the oath of office after a fiercely contested election.

Three years later, the governor, members of the state executive council, and top government officials gathered once again, this time at the Government House Chapel, to thank God for the journey so far.
Governor Mbah says that while the occasion may not be the right moment to reel out achievements, he believes the last three years have brought visible transformation across critical sectors in the state.
And with another election season gradually approaching, the governor says he is confident that the work already done across the state will continue to speak for his administration.
