53 BRT-Train accident victims discharged from Lagos hospitals

BRT-Train accident

A Total number of 53 Victims involved in the BRT-Train accident of Thursday last week 9th March have been discharged from various health facilities across the state.

According To A Press Release by the ministry of health on Sunday 12th March 2023, Forty-nine Patients were discharged from the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital LASUTH Ikeja, two from General Hospital Odan-Lagos, and two from Gbagada General Hospital.

A National Youth Corp Member Oreoluwa Aina who was among the six victims confirmed Dead in the accident has been buried at Atan Cemetery, she was buried on Saturday 11th March 2023.
Aina was serving in the Curriculum department of the Ministry of Education at the Lagos State Secretariat until her death.

One Hundred and Two Passengers have been identified so far who were involved in the accident.
