The Kaduna State Government has confirmed the abduction of 10 students in Kachia Local Government Area of the State.
A statement signed by the State’s commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan, says preliminary reports revealed that the victims who are students of Government Secondary School, Awon in Kaduna State were abducted on Monday.

According to the preliminary security report, the exact location of the incident is yet to be confirmed while a detailed report is being awaited to ascertain whether or not the incident occurred within the school premises.
The State Government says it will keep the public informed as developments unfold.
