The Police Friday said they have burnt down a kidnappers’ den located in a forest in the Ikorodu area of Lagos state and rescued two victims. The raid also led to the recovery of firearms, four live cartridges, and three phones with of, two belonging to the kidnappers.

One of the victims who spoke to newsmen said they spent 10 days with the kidnappers while negotiations were ongoing on how much will be paid after the demand for a ransom of N20 million for him and his colleagues to be released.
