Some members of the Senior Citizens of Nigeria have advocated for policy formulation, that would sustain the current efforts of the Federal Government, in taking care of the elderly in society.

The senior citizens made the plea in Bauchi, during an interactive session with a Non-governmental Organization, to identify some of their challenges.

Senior Citizens are an association of elderly men in society, most of whom are retired from private and government agencies.
