Atiku describes the 2023 general election as the worst in his 34 Years political career

Former Vice President and 2023 PDP Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar

The Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the 2023 presidential election Atiku Abubakar says the 2023 General election is the worst election he has witnessed in his thirty-four years political career in Nigeria.

Atiku said this while commending the people of Adamawa state for their maturity in handling the entire drama that defined the Governorship in the state adding that the will of the people eventually prevailed.

The former Vice President also explained that there are lessons to learn from the just concluded election.

The Independent National Electoral Commission on Tuesday declared Ahmadu Fintiri of the PDP winner of the Adamawa state governorship election after he polled 430, 861 votes to defeat Aishatu Ahmed of the All progressives congress who polled a total of 398, 788 votes.
