Nigeria Airforce donates palliative items to 4 villages in the Nation’s capital to support the fight against coronavirus in Nigeria.

The Nigeria Air force says it will continue to donate relief materials to vulnerable persons and other relevant supports to reduce the untold hardship suffered from the covid-19 outbreak confinement in Nigeria.

The Chief of Air staff, Sadique Abubakar made this known in abuja at the distribution of covid-19 palliative support to 2000 host communities in Nigeria and to mark its 56th Airforce day celebration.

Mabel Jeremiah, a widow and mother of nine in Nuwelge community, Abuja, who has being physically challenged over 30years was among those who benefitted from the contribution of the Nigeria airforce covid-19 outbreak palliative support.

Like Mabel, hundreds of vulnerable persons in about 2000 NAF host communities also received the relief items.

The chief of air staff, Air marshal Sadique Abubakar who spoke through the Chief Policy and plans, Air vice Marshal Isiaka Oladayo said the Airforce will continue to support the poor as part of measures to reduce the spread of coronavirus as well as poverty in Nigeria.
