More than 24 hours after a man simply identified as Wisdom on Friday slumped in front of the Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC Office in Zuba Satellite Town of the Federal Capital Territory Abuja, he has been abandoned to his fate.
The Road Safety official who reached out to AIT via telephone said the health situation of the man is unknown but the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC and the Presidential Task Force on Covid-19 have been contacted over the situation.

AIT gathered that the emergency call centre had promised to send officials to evacuate the man but almost more than 24 hours after, the victim is still on the open ground unattended to at the FRSC office located opposite the FCT College of Education Zuba in Gwagwalada Area Council.
Eye witnesses say the man who said he hails from Adamawa State was seen by residents of the area roaming around and when approached to verify his mission, he suddenly collapsed minutes later.
As at the time of this report, AIT could not independently confirm whether the NCDC and Presidential Task Force on Covid-19 had been contacted as claimed by our sources.
