What would have been a fatal disaster was averted after one of the Oyo State Covid-19 ambulances was razed down by fire in front of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN office in Ibadan, the state capital.

The incident which occurred 4.30pm did not claim any life, but it took the combined efforts of men of the Odua Fire Service and Oyo State fire fighters to combat the inferno that could have spread to the buildings of some multi-national companies around Dugbe.
