Benue State Governor Hyacinth Alia has appointed Paul Biam as his Chief of Staff.
The information was contained in a statement released by his media aide Tersoo Kula, where the governor also announced the appointment of Moses Agbogbo Ode as Head of Service, while Joseph Alakali is to serve as Secretary to the State Government.

The governor had earlier appointed Tersoo Kula as Chief Press Secretary and Emmanuel Chenge as Principal Private Secretary.
He said the appointments take immediate effect.
