President Bola Tinubu says the unity and togetherness of Nigeria cannot be compromised adding that each region of the country will get what is due to it.
The President said this during an interactive session with traditional rulers under the aegis of National Council of Traditional Rulers of Nigeria at the Presidential Villa on Friday.
The National Council of Traditional Rulers of Nigeria is led by Council Chairman, Sultan of Sokoto, His Eminence Saad Abubakar The Third l and Co-Chairman, The Ooni of Ife , Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi Ojaja The Second.
The Royal fathers meeting with President Tinubu is part of the new administration’s ongoing engagements with critical actors in the country.

They urged the President to sustain what they described as the momentum in transforming the country.
President Tinubu thanked the Royal father’s for the visit and briefed them on a number of issues and the decisions taken by his government since May 29, particularly the removal of fuel subsidy.
On the leadership of the 10th National Assembly, the President advised the Royal Fathers to counsel their subjects interested in elective positions to manage their ambitions and create harmony within the federal legislature.
President Tinubu promised to run an open door policy and pledged to give priority attention to the security sector just as he condemned crude oil theft in the Niger Delta which he described as counter productive to the growth of the nation’s economy.
