Nigeria’s Eastern Command of the Navy has warned its officers and men against travelling.
It is also urging the personnel to observe the Physical Distancing protocol.
The Command says it has made provision for technology that will make their official functions easier during the period of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Flag Officer Commanding Eastern Naval Command, Rear Admiral David Adeniran gave the warning, during a Virtual meeting with the unit commanders and heads of operation, to evaluate the readiness and challenges within the command areas of responsibilities.

Adeniran advised them to observe the COVID-19 engagement protocols, as anyone found wanting will first be quarantined for fourteen days and thereafter face disciplinary action.
