Fmr. Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello

Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello has sacked the Commissioner for Agriculture, David Apeh with immediate effect.

Also relieved of their appointments are the Special Adviser to the Governor on Emergency Management, Danladi Isah and Maryam Salifu, a Part-time Chairman, Kogi State Hotels and Tourism Board.

The Secretary to the State Government, Folashade Arike Ayoade confirmed the sack of the appointees to our correspondent via telephone in Lokoja

Ayoade said that they were sacked by Governor Bello for gross misconduct, but did not give details of their alleged misconduct.
