Taraba State government has received multi-million Naira relief materials for distribution to persons affected by violent ethnic crises and wind storms in the State.
The food and non food items were presented to the Deputy Governor, Haruna Manu, in Jalingo,the state capital, by the National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA.
1,245 households in seven local government areas of Taraba State are expected to benefit from six trailers of relief materials.
The items include beddings, toiletries, food items, and building materials.

The Representative of the NEMA, Iguer Terungwa, handed over the relief items to the Taraba State government.
The beneficiaries of the relief items are from Gassol, Bali, Donga, Ussa, Sardauna, Jalingo, and Kurmi Local Government Areas of the state.
