Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, has sent his warm wishes to Muslim faithful as they mark the occasion of Eid-El-Kabir.
In a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary, Ekerete Udoh, Governor Eno, enjoined Muslim faithful and Nigerians across religious lines to reflect on the essence of the occasion which symbolizes sacrifice, submission, obedience and love.
The statement quotes the Governor as saying, “In the spirit of the moment, let us rededicate ourselves to fostering closer bonds of unity, love and religious tolerance in our nation.

“Let us all ARISE and lend a helping hand to those on the lower rungs of hope and bring some happy cheers to them.
He concluded by wishing Muslim faithful a Happy Eid-El-Kabir.
