The Ondo state chapter of a group known as the Southern Youths Assembly, wants President Bola Tinubu to involve young individuals, competent in their various fields to be included in his cabinet.
The youths made the appeal during a news briefing in Akure, the state capital on Friday .
Led by its spokesperson, David Aladesanmi, the group said Nigeria still has committed and qualified youths needed to drive the vision of the present administration.
The Group also commended President Tinubu for his stand on fuel subsidy removal.
The briefing came to a close with a call for young persons to be actively involved in the governorship contest in Ondo state in 2024.
