The FCT High Court in Abuja has dismissed the fraud case against one time Governor of Imo State and former senator, Rochas Okorocha brought before it by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
The court described the charges of fraud and abuse of office as an abuse of the judicial process.
