Bauchi State House of Assembly says it has received from Governor Bala Mohammed the names of twenty-four commissioner-nominees for screening and approval, in line with the provisions of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as amended
The 24 names were also contained in a statement released by the spokesman of the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Abdul Burra, shortly after Monday’s plenary.
According to the statement, the House resolved that the 24 commissioner-nominees would be screened on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th of August 2023.
