The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission, ICPC, has begun an investigation into federal constituency projects in Rivers State. The ICPC investigators and other volunteer members visited the All Saints Modern Primary School Rumukwurushi in Obio- Akpor Local Government Area to inspect the project that started since 2014 and was supposed to have been completed in 2017, to ascertain if it was well executed according to specifications.
The ICPC and the volunteer members were conducted round the school premises by the contractor and the headmistress to see if there are loopholes in the execution of the project.
After a painstaking inspection, one of the ICPC investigators and volunteers gave an insight into their findings with the headmistress of the school expressing dissatisfied with the execution of the project.

The contractor handling the project explained the costing and specifications of the building.
The ICPC has affirmed that the essence of the exercise is to hold federal lawmakers to account of constituency projects entrusted into their hands.
