Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule, says an annual youth festival being planned in the state is a way of harnessing the potentials of young people in the state.
The Governor acknowledged that the innovation and contribution of youths to mitigating the current pandemic is key and the government is prepared to harness their potentials
Governor Sule said this during a one-day interactive session with various youths organizations under the aegis of the Nigerian Youth Council, NYC, in Lafia, the state capital.
The Governor, while highlighting some of the efforts of his administration to develop the state, said youths from across the state will showcase their potentials in the annual festival.

At the meeting, it was agreed that youths identified during the planned summit will get the state government’s support through proper networking with persons outside the state who can expand their knowledge and prepare them for leadership.
