The All Progressives Congress in Ese Odo Local Government Area of Ondo State, South-West Nigeria has reportedly expelled the lawmaker representing the constituency at the State House of Assembly, Success Torukerijoh.
This action was taken during the meeting of the leaders of the party held at Igbekebo, the headquarters of the local government. Torukerijoh was said to have been expelled for being involved in anti-party activities.
He is a member of the State House of Assembly and one of the 9 lawmakers opposed to the impeachment of the embattled State Deputy Governor, Agboola Ajayi.

Meanwhile, the lawmaker has described the action of the APC leaders as ridiculous and embarrassing. He added that the news of his expulsion has again shown clearly that the APC in the State lacks quality leadership.
