Plateau State Governor, Caleb Mutfwang, has held his first Executive Council meeting with the newly sworn-in commissioners. tasking them to be innovative in their service delivery.
Governor Mutfwang said the maiden meeting, is primarily aimed at updating the Council members on the status of their respective ministries to make them make informed contributions as the days progress.
Briefing newsmen after the Council meeting, the Commissioner for Information and Communication, Musa Ashoms stated that the meeting was necessary for Council members to familiarise themselves with the tasks ahead to enable them hit the ground running.

Ashoms also explained the new state executive is coming on board at a time Plateau state is in dire need of growth and development.
