Terrorists kill 2, Abduct Scores In Katsina

Terrorists operating in Dandume forest of Dandume Local government area of Katsina state have killed 2 persons, a man, and a woman and abducted an unspecified numbers in a fresh attack.

A source who told ait.live said, the incident occurred on Sunday night, August 13 at about 8 pm after the evening prayers.

According to him, they came in through the path leading to the old cemetery around one Rabiu Mai Atampa house.

He added that the people of the area are now living in fear and called on the state government to come to their rescue.

Police authority is yet to confirm the incident as of the time of filing this report.

Recall that, recently the state governor Dikko Radda organised a prayer session for peace and vowed not to enter into any dialogue with terrorists but rather, deal with them head-on.
