The Sultan of Sokoto, Sa’ad Abubakar, has commiserated with the Zazzau Emirate, over the Mosque collapse that led to the death of ten people.

The Sultan also prayed for the souls of the worshippers who lost their lives in the unfortunate incident.

Last Friday was a dark day in Zazzau Emirate, as part of the Central Mosque collapsed killing at least ten people.

Since the incident, several sympathisers have come to commiserate with the Zazzau Emirate.

Among the sympathisers on Tuesday was the Sultan of Sokoto, Sa’ad Abubakar, accompanied by the Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani.

The Sultan described the incident as unfortunate and called on the people not to lose faith.

He also appealed to them to assist in the rebuilding of the mosque.

Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, described the incident as a tragedy.

He said the state government will ensure such an incident does not occur again.

The Central Mosque, which is a symbol of religion and tradition in the Zazzau Emirate, has existed for over 150 years.
