The Cross River State government says no part of the state will be left out from receiving government palliatives to cushion the effects of fuel subsidy removal.
Deputy Governor Peter Odey said this in Calabar when he represented Governor Bassey Otu at the distribution of food and non food items to vulnerable households in Cross River Southern Senatorial District
The Deputy Governor who was joined by Special Adviser on General Duties, Ekpenyong Akiba pleaded for calm among the citizens, promising more palliatives will be rolled out in the state soon.

State Emergency Management Agency, SEMA confirmed that the distribution was the first of other batches to follow.
The relief materials include rice, indomie, salt, groundnut oil, tomatoes, hoes, cutlasses and mattresses.
