The Benue state Governor Hyacinth Alia has set up a panel to investigate the activities of Lobi Stars Football Club of Makurdi.
The Committee has the speaker of the Benue State House of Assembly, Honorable Aondona Dajoh as Chairman.
A statement by the chief press secretary to the Speaker Akume Raphael reveals that other members include Director of Sports, PS Youth and Sports Aondofa Akosu and Godwin Uwua.

Sequel to this, the Chairman, Aondona Dajoh has called upon good-spirited individuals and lovers of Lobi Stars Football Club who might have had issues with the club and those who have ideas that will move the club forward to submit their complaints and suggestions in writing to the office of the Honorable Speaker at the Benue state house of Assembly complex on or before Friday, 25th August 2023.
The Chairman on behalf of the committee assured Governor Alia, Benue people and lovers of Lobi Stars FC that the committee will do a thorough job to unravel the decay in the club and advise the government on appropriate measures to take and bring the Club back to its days of glory.
