Taraba State Governor, Agbu Kefas, says his administration will continue to operate an open door policy to enable the media and other interest groups hold the Government accountable for its actions and promises to the people.
The Governor gave the assurance during an interactive session with journalists on Thursday in Jalingo to mark the first 100 days in office of his administration.

Governor Kefas listed some of the achievements of his young administration within its first 100 days in office and quickly reminded journalists that his administration is always open to assessment for members of the fourth estate of the realm and other critical interest groups in the state.
He also highlighted his administration’s plans in the areas of security, civil service reforms, growing the State’s economy, and transparency in governance.
The Commissioner for Information and Orientation, Zainab Usman, and other speakers agreed that Governor Kefas had in the last 100 days set the ground for the smooth take-off of his administration.
Governor Ogbu Kefas appealed to journalists to always give accurate and fair account of how his Government manages the affairs of Taraba state since assuming office on May 29, 2023.
He cautioned against acts of sabotage of his Government’s efforts to positively impact the lives of Taraba people.
